Domino's Pizza

This review is a long time coming! Yes, the 2.5 stars are valid for the previous management and team, but this new team that took over this past year has been phenomenal. The previous team was lazy to say the least and your order would be guaranteed to have something wrong, if it ever showed up. This new team and management are hard working people who proudly do their job and understand the meaning and values of a job well done. Very professional. And the delivery gentleman is punctual and very polite. Thank you for your great work and for your dedication to your job and community. You are rock stars!!

0/5 stars. Ordered pizza 2 days ago, they charged me on the spot, but still no pizza. Tried calling the manager, but they never pick up. This seems to be a habit for this location. I'm contacting consumer affairs and my bank and doing a charge back on them. Then never ordering again. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Not even worth a star. I ordered my food at 7:44pm recieved my order at 9:44pm. Food was luke warm, still had to reheat it. I called the Domino's store four times, was on a hold for nearly twenty minutes. On my third call I was able to speak with someone, was lied to and told my order was "Minutes away", must be a company line because it was thirty minutes after the third call on my forth call that my food was FINALLY delivered.I am never ordering Domino's again. For this long a wait I could have cooked 3 whole meals.

I know better than to order pizza from a chain restaurant while in NYC......... I also know that if a store doesn't answer the phone..... it's not worth placing an online order (which everybody insists makes the job easier & more efficient)..... nevertheless I gave it an opportunity to see what happened. Order placed at 9:34 ...... Quality Checked at 10:17 .... Andrea leaves the store at 11:00 ......... it's currently 11:41 and the order still has not arrived..... 11:55 order arrives........ the pizza & cinnamon twists were the only components of my order they got correct. They gave me a ceasar salad when I ordered a garden salad..... they forgot to provide the extra sauces which I purchased.... and they forgot the chicken .... which I paid for. Incomplete & Incorrect order .......2 hours and 21 minutes late

During COVID this Domino's Chain took an online order that never delivered and they never gave me my money back. I just placed an order for my students and almost an hour later they tell me they don't have somebody to deliver the order the order wasn't even prepared and that they will cancel the order. This is ridiculous!!! Had to tell my students that the order was cancelled and I didn't have time to order anything else.

If i can give it a 0 zero I will they’re the worst dominos in Staten Island don’t bother ordering from them they take forever to deliver I’m talking like 2-3 hours and by the time you could’ve gotten from somewhere else if you have to wait that long.. order at papa johns they’re better at least they don’t take forever to come with food. You guys have to do better and stop being lazy do your damn job or quit. No one told you employees to apply for this job. Do it right or skedaddle period.
