Applebee's

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND waitress was so courteous and sweet. Service was great. Food was good presentation wasn't amazing but it's not a Michelin restaurant its a neighborhood joint. So that's ok as long as it tasted good and it really does that lava cake was amazing tasted great. The drinks were really good especially the sangrias. My go to establishment for special occasions. Wasnt crowded either. Only thing id have to complain of is how loud the tv and bar is .its a distraction and hard to talk to someone when its that loud . Its a family establishment not just sports bar with rowdy people I understand they are having fun but for kids it might be too much. But I love going there during the day to avoid it anytime I go at night its just too much. That's my opinion as a mom. The drink had coconut on it and I had no idea so I wound up having an allergic reaction but I should've asked that's my fault and they took a dollar off so that was sweet. Wish i remembered waitresses name she was so nice .

Just for the service alone, they deserve a 5 star. The waiter (Matt) was exceptional. They even have the Impossible vegan 🍔! Since the bun isn't vegan, I ordered a garden salad with the burger on top. I then asked for tortillas on the side and made like soft tacos. Was DELICIOUS! I wasn't thinking of leaving a review so I didn't take a pic of the salad. Sorry! Trust me, it was great.

Really good spot to catch a game on a variety of TVs and happy hour is closest to the bar! The hostess is a mature lady who is polite, comforting and not apologetic! Pleasure having her escorted to our table and allowing our switch for a different view. The happy is at best, for the half priced finger foods and drinks. We also usually get the 2 for 20 something! Food Is generally served hot and taste quite good!

This restaurant location has awful customer service. It's sad, because growing up they once were such a special place for the community. Tried to use a coupon which was only honored when placing an order online. Tried to place the order on their website, and the website portal for placing online orders was down. Called into the restaurant to inform them. Spoke to 4 people before a manager got on the phone and stated that he would place the order over the phone but would not honor the coupon. I informed him that since their website was down, they should honor the coupon or simply apply a credit in lieu of the coupon and he stated this was impossible. You'd think during a pandemic and the demand for business you wouldn't hassle customers over $10, especially when it was your website that was down. Home visiting family, and have been in the hospitality consulting business for years. Sad to see when restaurant operators just don't get the simplest of things right. Total of the order was over $80 but will just continue to take business elsewhere.
