I hate hate hate this place I've hated it for years horrible food horrible service horrible everything I came here twice and got my order wrong twice in one day my snack wrap is clearly supposed to be grilled and it's crispy this is a daily occurance for them PLZ CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN FOR GOOD I HATE IT ALOMG WITH OTHER PPL

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees make you feel like you are a pest. When they talk to you they do not look at you, they look around the room. It's dirty. The food is the worst part by far. It's not like any McDonald's I have ever been to before. They don't have shakes. The burger tastes stale and even worse I got sick. While eating it I felt like my insides were getting poisoned and stopped before finishing even half of the burger. The fries weren't awful but nothing to speak of either. I got soda too. I went for the sprite and guess what came out. Highly carbonated, disgusting water. I am now sick at home because of this nightmare of a restaurant. Do not ever go here. There is a Wendy's a couple of blocks south or if you really want to go to McDonald's there is a much better one even further south. I don't understand how they stay open but I sure hope they get shut down really soon. I will never come back here again. I don't write reviews often so when I do it is because something is either amazing or terrible. I don't want to say bad things about this place but I really did get sick from eating here. I don't do it on a daily basis and eat very healthy food in fact but today I had little choice and decided to try it out. If you do like the restaurant I cannot say that I can understand why but don't let me stop you from going. I just hope you do not get sick like I did.

This McDonald’s is consistently slow. They consistently mess up your order. I’ve waited up to 40 minutes for a happy meal and a ten piece chicken nugget. FORTY MINUTES. Employees are rude and barely acknowledge you. I’m not saying McDonald’s is a 5 star joint to begin with, but you expect a certain kind of service for “fast food” anything over 10 minutes is crazy (unless the food is still in the fryer/on the grill) I cannot wait until the McDonald’s on Hylan & Midland is done being remodeled.

Poor customer service experience today. They've always been a run of the mill McDonald's, but this morning's experience is enough to merit never visiting them again. Their breakfast only has value as far as the speed it it's made and the low cost. Today, I was unexpectedly charged extra for orange juice on my already expensive breakfast order. Rather than adjust for their mistake of not notifying the customer, a crew member decided to dismiss the situation as customer responsibility. A refund of the drinks should have been offered. $13 for two breakfast combos is so far from worth the price. On the plus side though, this experience has helped me realize that I'm better off without McDonald's breakfast. Thanks for saving me money in the long run! Good riddance.
