Very unprofessional the way they treat there customers. They closed early all because the so called manager wanted to cater to her boyfriend instead. It can be a fast food chain but their should still be a code of conduct impacting someone else’s business. She should get replaced.

It was 8:30 PM all the lights out including the parking lot So I Google to see if they were open says 10 PM when I went to the front door it was locked he motioned to drive to only It was so dark back there even your high beams Seem like it did not make a difference I ordered the wapper melt Melt combo what looks like sour dough Bread I had this once before I thought it was very good but this place here it looked like you just took the bread right out of the bag and did not toast it or heat it up French fries was warm but the Drink was good I gave it 2 stars only because I had the sandwich at another place and it was pretty good I asked the guy at the window that handed me the food and took the order how come the lights are not on he said I'm sorry sir that's above Me I said I understand that but why are they off It is pretty dark And he repeatedly said that is above me that's beyond my authority If someone doesn't take pride in a simple job how are they gonna take pride in a Better job with more responsibility

I came to this location at 7:15PM and tried the door, it didn’t open however the staff inside was gesturing something and I couldn’t hear her. The young lady who came to open the door, proceeded to shout at me and call me a “retard”, asked me if I understood what a closed door meant and that I should have known they close the door after 7PM even though that information isn’t advertised anywhere outside the establishment. Needless to say it was a horrible, completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful experience.

The staff is extremely slow and inconsistent, many times I have waited on the drive thru beyond 20 minutes and then on top of that receive my order with mistakes.
This is the worst Burger King on the island…

Burger King since over 40 years and it always was the best hamburgers but lately I still has a very good hamburger or just a different locations the food is much good. It’s just the employees that work there and I put in making the food hot on Highland Boulevard. Something about Highland Boulevard if you don’t like to make the food hot. Human beans I like to eat my food hot. I’m not saying nothing bad about Burger King it’s a very good hamburger it’s just the employees do not make the food hot I’m home

Nice big parking lot, a little under staffed. So if it's busy you may have to wait. But food is burger King so they taste the same.
