Dunkin'

My 5 star review is for the hardworking staff. The staff here are great at this location. I come here routinely in the morning, and no matter how busy they get, they are more than friendly and working as fast as they can to get you your order as quickly as possible. That being said, recommended you get additional staff for morning rush. I can understand people's frustration, but there is no possible way for the employees to work any faster, they are borderline running to make coffee and food as quick as humanly possible.

I usually like this Dunkin Donuts location, but today was not good. First, I was unable to order online (App issue, not their fault). The line was slow due to a communication barrier between frustrated customers and staff. The cashier had me wait (with a hand polite signal), so she could retrieve a mobile order from a tablet and enter it into the pos. After the previous difficulty we had encountered with the system - leaving us unable to order ahead of time - now finally at the register waiting to speak with a person - felt rude and put off. Under normal circumstances there would have been plenty of time to order in the store and take out. I had to take my wife to work and had no other choice but to leave. I was going to return and try again, but my wife insisted she had Lunch with her and was able to wait to eat. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and will be addressed by management - so there will be a win/win situation - for all concerned moving forward.

Each order that is placed comes out the wrong way. The employees are rude and incompetent, I have been to multiple Dunkin Donuts and am a big fan of their coffee. However, this place leaves a bad taste in your mouth (literally) after visiting. I will not be ordering from here again, if you order food they will not even wrap it but put it directly in a brown paper bag. Unsanitary and horrible service. You are better off going to the deli across the street for coffee because it is clearly better.

Staff was rude. My coffee didn’t taste right after the first time so they added stuff to it, when I asked to just exchange it for something else the employee threw his hands in the air and said “I can’t afford for you to waste my time, what do you want”. Mind you I didn’t drink but a sip of my drink both times prior and for me to return a full drink twice and get an attitude like that, I’m going to think twice about coming here again. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to go to Starbucks

Manager Mary is the best! She gets to know the regulars and addresses them by name. It is that extra touch that keeps us loyal to this DD. Other staff is friendly and there is service with a smile every time. Although I am usually there early afternoon, I have been a patron other times and mostly the staff is quick and efficient. Only reason there is 4 stars is because they are out of common donuts mid-day more frequently than should be.
