Domino's Pizza

After ordering numerous amounts of times from this location, I’ve come to realize that they could perform a lot better. I wish they’d be consistent with baking the cookie brownie desert. Sometimes it’ll be soft, sometimes stiffer, other times it’ll be cold. The best is when it is warm and hot (You’ll get it like that a quarter of the time). They really also have a hard time following instructions. I had told them to call upon delivery and they went ahead and rang the doorbell anyway. One of the biggest issues they have is with delivery timing. I am only 5-8 minutes away at the most and I’ve ended up waiting over an hour and a half. That’s really unacceptable no matter how understaffed you are. Lastly, customer appreciation is nice. When you have customers that order frequently, they should be handled better. More consideration and effort should be put in their order. I will have to keep ordering from this location until I can find a better one.

On several occasions the delivery driver would notify that the delivery was made when it was not. I had to call the store and speak with management about the delivery with the response of the driver would be there in a few minutes. No apology or reason for claiming delivery when it wasn’t. The quality of the food is not consistent at all. The only thing consistent is every sandwich I’ve ordered has been burnt and almost inedible.

I ordered with the crew member at the store. And they still put my order in wrong. I was given a pizza that I didn't ask for after waiting for it to be prepared. Then, when mentioning that the order was wrong they argued with me and made a scene about me not wanting to take the pizza that they gave me. After finally coercing the three crew members into recooking me a pizza with the correct toppings the pizza came out very well. They didn't give me a discount or anything. If I order from this location again I'm going to put my order in online by myself so that I know the correct order will be received.

I've had mixed experiences with this Domino's, mostly good to excellent, and a few memorable bad experiences. The most memorable bad experience was during the "buy one, get one free" sale a few months back. Our pizza was two hours late. We couldn't get in touch with the store, and the Pizza Tracker showed that it hadn't left the store yet. In the meantime, we ordered a pizza from a local pizzeria. Just as we sat down to eat that pizza, our Domino's order came. Turned out the problem was that the store was very busy and the traffic was bad (it was during the holidays). The delivery guy forgot the soda. After that my roommate didn't want to order from them anymore, even though up until that point our experience had been mostly positive. However, tonight, I had a yen for Domino's, so I ordered from them online. My pizza arrived within the scheduled time frame, it was hot and delicious, the soda was cold, the delivery guy was really nice and helpful and polite. So I would say this was an excellent ordering experience. I've had mostly positive experiences with this Domino's and will continue to order from them in the future.

Excellent customer service 👍, bravo! Hard working employees, they're doing their best to provide the best service. There is no parking but you can easily find a spot on the street, you will have to pay for meter though. The food is always good and the waiting time is not bad. I would go back here if I am craving for pizza. 🍕

I only eat Dominos pizza about 1-2 times a month. This location always gets my order correct. They come very quick when you get a delivery. The drivers have always been polite. The delivery charge is a bit high at $4.99. I usually tip the driver $5. So the one downside on deliveries is it costs $10 if you add up delivery charge plus a $5 tip. The website is pretty easy to use and i just got the app and thats great as well.....so overall a great experience ordering online, except for the high delivery charge...the drivers work on tips, so dont think that $4.99 goes to them. (At least half should go to the driver because alot of people probably dont tip because the high fee. TIP YOUR DRIVERS!!! I still gave 5 stars but that delivery charge is to high. Thanks Dominoes!!!
