San Miguel

The staff is not rude as that one angry lady suggested. People need to understand that Spanish restaurant culture is different from American. Just because they don’t kiss your ass and tell you your nails look nice doesn’t mean they are rude. Also, they barely speak English. What do you expect? The FOOD(what matters in a restaurant) is delicious and is actually authentic. The green sauce is to die for. In traditional Mexican fashion, the food take a little while to prepare(its fresh and delicious. Well worth the 10-15 min wait) so if you’re ordering takeout I suggest calling it in. My only complaint is that in the winter this place is freezing as all hell. If it weren’t for that I would love to stay and eat inside. For that, I wouldn’t recommend eating in, but seriously the food is sooooo good that despite this I still feel compelled to give five stars. Great place.

I placed an order and when it arrived they sent me something completely different. I order from them alot. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it because they sent it. It’s not the first time they say that excuse. Horrible customer service didn’t even touch the food but they didn’t want to refund me for the order or even replace the food. Never ordering from them again.

So we ordered from This place for lunch...I ordered a Tinga which is a Sopas NOT a taco they don’t even have a Tinga taco OPTION ON THE MENU!! So I call because it’s THERE mistake and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake the girl over the phone says “well I can’t fix it because EVERYONE that calls and order a “Tinga” wants it as a taco” and hang up...soo not only was it super unprofessional but I will be sure to make a complaint at the BBB and share it on all of my social media acts thanks for the worst customer service and ur tacos were dry as hell!!!! Honestly!!!
