We come here quite often. Food is good, but miss the service from Jacko as he is a really good waiter! He is really friendly and sociable. He should be serving customers more often as that position suits him best.

We arrived without reservations & was told no problem. We were seated immediately. Our server was a good surprise. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. It was around 6:00 pm on Thursday the 31st of August. She went out of her way to make our experience there exceptional. The food was beyond any PUB food we have had since traveling. If you are in the Sterling, Scotland area I would highly recommend you stop in.We had the steak & bbq platter. We left full & happy.

Had a lovely meal here with my niece and mum. The food was generous portions and delicious! Very quick and attentive service by Ali! Will be back for another visit.

Came in and got seated. Our server was Simon. He was always happy and so polite to talk to. We ordered our drinks straight away and they was very patient when we was ordering our food. We got a steak and two plates of the gammon. All cooked to perfection and came out in good time. Couldn't recommend this restaurant more. Will be back again.

From the time you walk into the door, it's so warm and welcoming.

We were in on Tuesday, the food and service were excellent. Big shout out to Simon & Rhona for looking after us so well. The chicken sharing starter was amazing as was the katsu chicken & the gammon steak, all cooked to perfection. Thank you

Friendly staff, very helpful with the kids. Kudos to Simon for making us feel very welcome. Would recommend, we will be back. Food is decent as well.

Came for The sticky toffee pudding and Baby Guinness. The sticky toffee pudding was incredible.
We were visiting from the US. Met Rhona here at Spingkerse View, she was super fun and friendly. She taught me the proper way to hold up two fingers without offending anyone. When asked how many people in my party I said 2 and held up 2 fingers, the wrong way. Good fun fun tho.

I went in today as a solo dinner for some lunch. I was shown to my table by John who was very friendly, attentive and professional for the whole visit. The food choice on the menu was really good, there was quite a few things I wanted to pick but went for the luxury Mac and cheese. I hope the photo does it justice as it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The restaurant is always clean, tidy and well maintained and all the staff I spoke to during my meal were so friendly. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Popped in for breakfast with my son while my daughter was at a birthday party.
It wasn't busy. Staff were very friendly. Food came quickly.
The breakfast menu was a bit fancy. My son ordered the fruity pancakes which said they came with raspberries, strawberries and blue berries but when it arrived it was just blueberries which was a bit disappointing as he was really only wanting strawberries - but I didn't ask for it to be changed.
