Staff very helpful, and polite. Always make a point of going in when in town. I think sometimes it's better to vist shops, rather, than websites, anything to try and help them. Will be back.

Visiting the watch repair service. Got what I needed done done. Reasonable price. Watchmaker was great. He advised on another watch I have, cost of service and repair of glass and even threw in a valuation once the work got done. Put a smile on my face.

Some excellent bargains in the men's dept today (Jan 4th). Some really nice, good quality shirts and all sorts of jackets and coats at very fair prices. The best shop for men's clothes....miles better than others. Great staff too.

Dabenhams has always been a favourite shop of mine a especially at Christmas. Plenty of staff on at the tills and always very friendly. Plenty of space too especially for this time of the year when it gets busy.

I went for a cuppa in the cafe down stairs. The tea was just perfect. I had a raspberry tart and although it didn't look it's best it tasted delicious.

Good store with lots of good brands and designers. My personal favourites are John Rocha and Mantaray. Good sales and home stuff too. One of the best and reliable travel luggage on offer - Tripp

Lots of choice. Plenty of assistance if needed. Wheelchair friendly. Non wheelchair friendly as well. Superb for home goods such as bedding in beautiful Egyptian cotton. A good restaurant. Nice little cafe at back of store. Nice clothing range. Some toys. Large range of perfumes and mens fragrances. Lovely shop altogether really.

I go fairly regularly to Debenhams in Stirling and find the Staff there very helpful and friendly. Being a guy sent to shop in the perfume department and not knowing anything about perfume things, the Ladies there were brilliant! Special thanks to the Clinique and Channel sections.

Great store, very well stocked with a good variety of branded goods.
Could have more staff about to assist you with your clothing, couldn't find anyone down in the Gents clothing to help..but, it's still one of the best stores going to find quality..

Great Debenhams well laid out and convenient with its multiple entrances. About average sized for Debenhams. As with all Debenhams stores similar brands are close to each other so makes it easy to locate the right area for what you want. Helpful staff
