Pita Pit

Service was extremely poor totally dissatisfied how the artist made my pita and her attitude towards me, even after pleasing her more then 5 times she left me and ran back throwing my pita unwrapped on the counter. I go to pita pit twice a week love the flavour and food but service was terrific on a Wednesday night around 8:15pm definitely not a good asset towards the franchise and the business.

Pathethic. Ordered a Chicken Shawarma, but what I received was practically vegetarian. Chicken volume was 6 pieces (chicken piece is pictured). 6 PIECES like the pictured chicken. For real. No exaggeration. The vegetables were fresh tasting but the sandwich could have just been a straight veggie pita. I was told by the employee that the smaller pita has half the volume of the large pita's chicken, although even twice that volume in chicken is a joke. Waste of time. I'll be hungry again within an hour. Hoping this is a case of franchisee irresponsibility and not the actual corporate standards by Pita Pit.

Came for take out yesterday, first time so far, but overall solid Pita Pit. Clean and food tasted great! The service from the young lady was amazing and I respect that the owners leave their cards and contact info for patrons to take, I wish you saw this more. The gentleman who I first spoke to wasn't very friendly, but the rest of the experience made up for it.

I came to this location today and ordered a gluten free pita and had excellent service! The blonde woman working, I believe her name was paige, went above and beyond and took the time to make sure it was made properly so I didn’t get my usual migraine from eating gluten. She was very understanding and patient. New fav location! Will definitely be back thanks to her!

I tried this location for the first time a couple days ago. I asked the woman working the counter what she recommended and told her what I liked & disliked and she recommended the chicken souvlaki for a new customer experience at pita pit, aside from my pita being absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared, she was so sweet & patient with me during my entire transaction and because of that I will 110% return to this location!

Absolutely dispicable service. "Riley" working Thursday night was clearly disgruntled and angry for no reason. She was showing show much attitude I would have just walked out if I didn't pay already. It's not acceptable to talk back to customers and throw food and bowls around. I normally would say an employee like this needs retraining, but this one is so far beyond repair there's no point. I don't care if you're short staffed. As a customer I expect no attitude when all I did was make a normal order. If you hate your job, don't ruin everyone else's experience. Dont go here. I know I never will again.
