Mr Chicken Shawarma

This place’s food is amazing. Always enjoy it when I come here. But there’s never more than 1 employee working here and they are slow. Having to wait over 40 minutes every time is frankly super annoying. Please hire more staff. There are always line ups, so it’s not like business isn’t thriving. Also, despite all the reviews in regards to the hair being found in the food. They refuse to have employees wear any form of a hair net.

Food is good but the tipping is annoying. I just want to swipe my card and go. Don't force me to read the screen and deal with the tipping section. You're not carrying my food and serving me at a table. You need two employees behind the counter to be more efficient. One person both cooking and taking money is too slow. Certainly doesn't deserve a tip when you're purposely slowing me down by only using one employee. There's no where to sit while we're waiting. Don't yell at me across the room to ask my order when we both know you're just going to make me repeat it again when you get to putting it together later. You're just doing your job. Exactly what am I tipping for?

This place used to be good but not anymore. I ordered a chicken and rice combo and they missed my salad and it’s not the first time. You also get 99% rice and 1% chicken. People don’t notice since it’s all covered with sauce. Not worth $15 that’s for sure and it’s just a ripoff, never going back again .
