This McDees is retro with the lemonade, buff highlight yellow. Colors are consistent throughout the inside. Love to hire the interior designer that did this facility. Very fresh visually. Plenty of parking. 4 stars for the well designed and decorated McDees.

I want to give a shout out to Makinder! She is usually at the first window at the drive-thru and every time I see her, she's always greets me with a smile and is super friendly and happy. It really makes my day knowing there are happy people working in customer service and she deserves to be recognized for it!

the people who work at this location are incompetent… always receive burgers missing patties/condiments or missing full items from my order

Check your orders. These employees don't try at all. Should I order my iced coffee "stirred"? I think its actually impossible to order though this drive-thru without them making a mistake. They cannot handle any sort of special request or modification. They ask you if you want sauces with your nuggets, even charge 10cents for mayo, is it ever in the bag? NOPE. Check your order before leaving!!!

I've been craving a filet of fish and I got one. I was surprised about the price though. I ordered a chicken nuggets meal for my husband and a shake instead of pop and the total price was 18.55.😲 we didn't eat the cold fries and very salty.

I mean...it's McD's and is exactly what one would expect. Coffee is yum and cant beat Dollar Drink Day! BIG problem for me and my family....no vegetarian options. I don't expect McD's to stop ramming cheap meat down the throats of consumers, as long as there is demand. If your looking for veg options, stick to A&W/Harveys/BK. McD's will remain my coffee of choice, and that's about it

Worst mcd in whole hamilton , specially at night or early morning , rude , don’t wanna make any order . Night crews doesn’t care about customer and just keep saying to order after 4am and after that they were like we can’t take your order as we don’t have junior chicken .

Absolutely ridiculous , ordered at 7:08 and got my food at 7:31 because they simply “forgot” they sent us to spot 2. No apology or compensation for waiting over 20 minutes while everyone around us got their food. Doesn’t help that the food was hardly warm. One nice young gentleman working but other than that probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered at.
