Tim Hortons

This morning I went to get a usual coffee and bagel which was delicious but I witnessed such a beautiful act of kindness. I’m not sure if it was the owner or store manager, but there was a man outside asking customers for money, she kindly asked him to stop asking customers for money and proceeded to give him a gift card. Huge applause to the way this was handled, with kindness and dignity.

Food was great but....as someone who works in restaurant and has worked for Tim Hortons this location is unorganized and understaffed. I witnessed 1 counter cashier and 5 people working Drive thu with a line up outside the door. Not because they were swamped but because there was no sense of urgency amongst the team. When its busy they need another cashier. I get drive thru has a time limit but so should counter service.

This review is not for this location but a particular worker. I come to this Tim’s almost everyday and the workers are usually lovely. Today an older man was at the window, and when I rolled up I had asked to use my points. He ignored what I said about my points and just said my total which was “2.30” and I had already scanned my rewards card at this point. I again repeated that I wanted to use my points, and he said “I don’t know how much you have” in a sarcastic and rude tone. And then I proceeded to pay with debit because he was literally so rude and I was caught so off guard. He’s an older gentleman and has a very bad attitude and I was nothing but nice to him even after he was so disrespectful

Out of all the years I have been going to Tim Hortons. I have never been to one like this, such an amazing place. This Tim Hortons by far has the best Customer service not just for Tim Hortons but probably some of the best I have ever experienced in my entire life! I am greatful and very happy that people like this still exist. Two employees (Shaubreet & Mansour) they really took customer service to the next level and really make my day every time I go there with their positive over above attitude and their sincere generousity not just to myself but to all the customers I have seen them serving. I am now forever a loyal customer to this specific location just based on the simple fact that it's the best Timmies there is no offense to the others. Also I would like to say I didn't get a chance to speak to the other staff members as they're always very busy but they all are amazing! Great teamwork and their job is very much appreciated!
