Kentucky Fried Chicken, Store 1431

The food was good. We ordered an hour ahead of time online. We got there on time for when the order should have been ready. We weren't even greeted while standing in front of the registers for 5 minutes. We then waited 30 minutes to finally get our food. The staff showed no sense of urgency, no teamwork or communication and did not even communicate to is the timeline or situation. According to the other people waiting this is normal for this location even on a good day.

The greasiest KFC experience I have ever had. It was like they took the chicken out of the frier, skipped the draining tray and dumped it in the bucket. The bottom of the bucket broke and there was grease all over my kitchen table. The "hand breaded" skin fell off in the bucket from all the grease still on the chicken! I had to spread out the chicken on a pizza box so the grease would drain. I don't understand the rush to compromise the quality of a usually great product?!?! Disappointment would be an understatement!

Tried to order KFC with my son the other night. It was just him and I out so figured we'd use some coupons. Arrived in the drivethru with 2 cars ahead of us. I asked about a coupon and was told to bring it to the window so I didn't order at that point. Fast forward 25 minutes (that's not a typo) and when I arrived at the window I informed the employee that I got sick of waiting so long so I downloaded the app and ordered. I gave her my name and she told me to go park and go in. We're approaching 40 minutes at this point. I head into the store with my son and there was a customer that was trying to get a refund on something out of stock. After waiting inside for 15 minutes, I finally spoke to the manager or supervisor or whatever and he informed me that they were all out of what I ordered and since I placed the order online, I had to call for a refund. I politely told him that I'm not leaving until I received my money in my hand as I had already wasted close to an hour at this point. He gave me my money back. I'm not sure what was going on in that place but the service was unacceptable. We will not be returning.
