Chili's Grill & Bar

I love chili's but this is probably the worst one yet. We get there we had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat. Doesn't seem long but when the restaurant has only 5 tables sat in the while restaurant, you just have to ask why. The server was friendly and told us they were down 1 server. It takes 7 servers to wait on 5 tables? The food runner brought out our drinks, are appetizer and dinner. Not sure who was our server at this point. We seen our sever and another server running around like they has 20 tables each. The food runner literally did everything. Our server did however fill up our drinks, thank God I was getting worried. The appetizer (queso) took 15 minutes to come out, had to remind them we ordered egg rolls too. After we got our appetizer the food runner brought out our food and the well let's see. My parents food was horrible, salad was small even though a large was ordered. My mother ordered chicken fajitas and got chicken quesadilla. Now this is honest mistake however they rushed her fajitas and the chicken was rubber like. My food was fine, however they ran out of ranch or why did I get a sample of ranch. Asked for more never got any. As the servers ran around like there was a 100 tables just sat. We did manage to get a hold of the manager. He did take care of most of our bill and was very friendly. Last thing was the bathrooms were dirty and so was the silverware. The good part was everyone was super friendly, no one was rude in anyway. The server could have been new so can't blame him but it was just a bunch of things. Queso and chips- Cold Bathroom clean- No Long wait-Yes Long wait for food- Yes and No. Appetizer-yes dinner-no Service- average Clean restaurant- somewhat Portion size-small.

The hostess was really pushy about signing up for a chili's rewards, which I did because I was afraid of what would happen to out food. The waitress was nice, but my salad came warm and had a slimy texture to it and my husband's quesadilla came cold. We left hungry. We will not be going back to this location.

We’ve been going here for years but the last few times have been terrible. Last night was the last time we will come here. Our food was absolutely awful, the mashed potatoes were ice cold, the chicken was so old it was just nasty. But the worse part was no one cared. The staff was indifferent and gave us an attitude when I asked to heat up my potatoes. They brought them back completely dried out and burnt. $120.00 later, Never again!!!!

It was my birthday, and the experience wasn’t a pleasant one. The restaurant had maybe 5 people dining at the time of my arrival. I stood at the front waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes, then decided to find a seat on my own. The waitress was polite and friendly. She took my order and less than 2 minutes came back with my food ( which was surprising to me ). The pizza and fries were cold, and nasty. The pizza tasted like the ones from the lunchables box. I was afraid to try the ribs, and just as I thought, the ribs were cold and nasty. The waitress offered to take back my food and heat it up . I told her no, and got up and left.
