I was in jensen visiting around 11am and was going to go inside with my 13 year old this old lady with glasses screamed at me and told me not to go inside I told her I had to use the bathroom and told me and my son that it's for paying customers only but couldn't even order cause she yelled at me before I even walked in (she was outside near her car) never will I return to this location upper ups need to speak with this lady who's apparently rude on Google review from others as well. Horrible women to yell at someone just for opening the door

If I could give this a zero star I would. I got a small and medium banana split blizzard around 10:05 and it had NO bananas and no strawberries but alot of pineapple. We asked for a refund because it was not what we asked for and they said that they put the bananas and strawberries in but they were lying. Not trying to be a karen but we asked for the managers number and she was so rude and did not care at all. Please if you see this review just know that it wasn't the best experience, to be honest it was one of the worst.

I FINALLY went today to try their rotisserie chicken 'nuggets' and I'm so glad I did! They're delicious 😋 and so grateful to have a wheat free alternative to traditional nuggets!! 😁 Because I will NEVER spend $ at Chick-fil-A because of their abhorrent religious impositions on their employees because of the OWNER(s) *personal* religious beliefs. Wth. Anyway, not only did I get yummy wheat free nuggets, but they made a special chocolate mint shake just for me!! 😁 Counter tech thought I was crazy lol, but the lady making the food understood I wanted half mint, half chocolate... And it too, was scrumptious!! 😋 😋 Their food is so overpriced I don't get this treat very often, but I'm so very glad I went!

So I went to the garbage can to take off the half a ton of whipped cream that was put on my moolatte caramel. Next thing you know it fell into the garbage. I went back to the counter to ask the old woman with glasses if I could please have another one. She told me I would have to pay again! I am in the food industry. I will never be back to this location. I still do not know what a moolatte caramel taste like and I'm short 5 bucks! All the customer service reviews are on point! She's got competition down the road and I went to Culver's to get a shake.

I arrived at the Jensen Beach Dairy Queen at 9:47 the door was locked and the girls were inside talking to teenagers on assuming they said were closed they put their finger across their throat and I said to the door you’re not supposed to close till 10:00 PM they said we’re close we cannot serve you they didn’t seem like they cared at all after I drove 10 minutes to get there this is the second time this is happened I guess that’s what you get from hiring minimum wage employees teenagers. The location was Jensen Beach on US one and the date was Sunday January 23 Sunday night

This place is terrible!! My husband and I stopped by in the afternoon on Monday 05/31/21. There was only one person working, he couldn't have been more than 16. There must have been something wrong with the machine (I understand things happen) he was on the phone, I'm assuming with a manager or someone trying to figure out how to fix it. So we stood there and waited. First of all why was he there by himself? No manager or any other staff. Then when he was trying to fulfill the orders for the customers in front of us he kept pushing his sweaty hair back with his hands. Why wasn't he wearing a hair net?!? That's disgusting! We waited about 10 minutes and decided to leave. We won't be returning.

My wife and I decided to pull into this dairy queen today for some blizzards and low and behold theres a 16 year old kid in the store working by himself and has no idea what he's doing. No manager anywhere in the store and he's only the phone for a good 20 mins talking to a manager trying to get the ice cream machine to work. People are lined up out the door and this kid is 1. There by himself 2. Not wearing a hair net and constantly touching his hair and head and then touching all the cups and ice cream machine and 3. No manager anywhere in sight and trying to call one on the phone. Worst experience ever and after 25 minutes us and the other 12 people behind us all left. This store needs to have some manager in the store at all times. Not to mention there was cigarette butts on the floor as soon as you walk in. Will never go back to this particular one ever again

When there for the first time because I got a gift card and was disappointed that the only thing to eat was hot dogs. On top of that they only had 2 types of chips to with the meal. The best part was my chips were well over a month expired. Noticed after I took a bite of the chips. Never going there again. Thank you for the best experience ever!!
