Crispy Falafel

I’ve been to this place several times and decided to go in today with my 3 kids after a long visit. First off, the lady taking the orders is very unwelcoming. I said thank you and smiled but she was super dry, not only with me but all the customers that came after me. My kid accidentally picked up the wrong order which was identical to ours, and a lady came out rudely telling me I took the wrong order in-front of all the clients in the store. I felt soooo embarrassed and just didn’t know what to say back to her so the issue doesn’t escalate. As for food, it was pretty good but pretty expensive for things like the platter. Falafel Was swimming in oil and was under cooked. I gave 2 stars for food otherwise it would have been a 1 star.

Excellent mains but forget about the desserts 💵 Price: Under $10 (without desserts and sides) 🤤Taste: Donair: 4.6/ 5 🕯Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️ 🪑Seating: ⭐️⭐️ 📈 Price Performance ratio: 5 / 5 Retention Rate: 100% Pros: - Excellent Customer Service: I asked for the staff's recommendation since it's my first time visiting, and she gave a sample of every single meat. - Excellent value! - Delicious - It's made fresh - Great portion Cons: - I’d pass on the dessert next time - The Lebanese style Baklava: I’m not exactly sure what I had.. almost felt like I ate a sweetened, scrunched up stack of newspaper 📰 - Greek style baklava: They used mostly sugar rather than honey. Sorta crispy but it’s a stale kind of crispy with a chew ☹️ Overall, the shawarma was delicious. The wrap is crispy and it's packed with your choice of meat with a perfect kick of spiciness. Inside it's herby and flavourful with dripping sauce and the perfect ratio of vegetables. I love the lamb shawarma but I'm not a huge fan of their desserts.

Me and my family eat here regularly and it’s one of my go-tos and one of my craves. I’ve had the shawarma plates and the shawarma wraps and both are delicious. If your really really hungry though I would recommend going for the plate as I can sometimes not finish it and save it for breakfast the next day. A total gem if your looking for somewhere good to eat in the are.
