Lee Yuen Seafood Restaurant

Yesterday, we ordered a menu for 4 persons with 4 dishes plus a half chicken for free. Two of the 4 dishes were very good, which are “Steamed Cod Fillet with Tofu in Black Bean Sauce” and “Sauteed Pea Tips with Garlic Sauce”. The other three dishes were good, too. But those two were absolutely awesome, defeating the same dishes of any other restaurants I have ever visited. Keep up the good work!

I’m surprised when my friend brought me to this gem dim-sum Chinese restaurant in White Rock here! The food choice is varied and delicious! The place is not vast, yet warm and adequately furnished without being too lavish! Certainly will come again more often since I frequent the White Rick pier often and this is en route😀

Poor hygiene & bad customer service. I ordered some take out food today, total 5 dishes worth $80+. I asked for bawls as we will be eating the food at an outdoor work site. The front desk staff said they don’t have take out bawl and wasn’t going to be helpful at all. After I continue to ask if they have anything that could serve as a bawl or plate, she said they have take out boxes. So I asked for 3, and paid $2 for the take out boxes. Ended up she brought me 2 small boxes. And I told her I asked for 3. She just grabbed a near by dirty scissor to cut the middle of the boxes and turned the 2 boxes into 4 pieces. I was shocked when I saw her did that without even cleaning the scissors first, especially during COVID time! I told her this would not work, we will put food in there. And I told her if she wants to charge me more money for these take out boxes, I can pay more, even though I think these should have been provided from the first place. I paid $4 for 4 small plastic takeout boxes. Throughout the whole time she was reluctant to be helpful to the situation. I hope she could realize some people ordering take out food, really are eating outside and don’t have access to dinnerware. And hope she can have more sense of hygiene, when working around food. Won’t be ordering again.
