I went toady with so much positive vibes and hope to eat something tasty appetizers or chat as name suggests itself. But highly disappointed. List is long from customer service to food experience, Everything was cold. The waitress (Avneet) gave a cold look and welcome as I entered the door. Then she said sit here and wait, someone will take your order. Them after almost 10 minutes of waiting she came and took my order. I ordered golgappa and samosa and souses separately. And one take out order of paneer pakora. After almost 15 minutes waiting I got golgappa first. It tastes like I stale dated and paani of golgappa was just not tasty looks like they just put tamarind and mich and nothing else. Then she brought samosa plate with chana and chatney on it. She didn't even listen properly that I ordered it separately with no chana. It tastes like too much hot and she admitted that they prepare it 2 days in advance. Size of samosa were tiny.Just felt I ate something worthless. I won't recommend to visit and try even any item. If possible I would be giving zero star. And one more thing to take care is that they don't provide separate samosas to take out. They just sell plate of samosas.

We went there for the first time. We ordered Paneer Pakora which was great, Veg. Noodle spring roll which were average because it didn’t taste anywhere close to the ones we get in India. Moreover, the noodles were actually vermicelli I believe. We also ordered their special chai which was actually a machine made chai with cardamom powder (chai powder available in the market) and it makes no sense to call it special chai.

We came to surry for some work and we knew surry is famous for food. We came to Akash by coincidence. We were going to other restaurant and we crossed Akash then we came back and decided to have chole bhatoore there. Good thing that it was on deal. I never had that good chole bhatoore so good not oily and very light. And we ordered paneer wraps bit too good but not bad. Food is just very less spicy. Tip: if you are looking to have spicy food then ask for spicy. Washrooms are available for customers. Place near maintaining hygiene . Cleaning after every customer. Seats are separated with wood walls. They’re checking your vaccines id. Go now enjoy your meal.

Not impressed. I went there with high hopes but food taste was disappointing. I ordered Chola Bhatura, Aloo Tikki Chaat and Lassi. Bhatura was okay but Chola was little sweet and not well done. Aloo Tikki was crispy but the addition of some strange sweet sauce perhaps bbq made it taste like anything but aloo Tikki. The curd in Lassi was not fresh and not well mixed. I would avoid it in future.

Food is the best. Unfortunately the employees are always trying to do the least amount of work when owner is not around. Food is good regardless. And we order in and out regularly. When owner is onsite the girls are friendly etc. When not, they don’t even want you to enter. If the owner is reading this review. Check your camera at 8:23pm on march 09/2022. Employee turned away two customers saying they are closed. You just lost 20-40$. Employee should have said we close at 830 and are glad to put your order in before than. Now times that by 30 days abs and you lost minimum of $1000 a month because of the girls. Put a system in place to prevent that, your hard work and great food will get destroyed by the attitude of front staff At 823 there was a couple to came to eat and another guy who came for a pickup. Or hire a manager, get a program to graph sales and prevent this from happening again. I’m not asking for any coupon etc, I see an individual working hard and serving best food yet have front end staff who are bringing you down
