Pizza Factory

Great food, not so good organization of food service. I really like Non Stop Pizza. The people here are kind and warm. The food is very delicious! However, it needs to be managed by someone who is experienced in the food industry. Examples: There are recent 1 star reviews from the past month here that all complain about the time to get an order. My wife and I ordered over the phone a few months ago and it took us 45 minutes to drive from Downtown Vancouver. When we arrived here in Whalley, we still had to wait 50 minutes for our food. So we won't order by phone again. This week I ordered by Skip the Dishes. I received a text from Skip the Dishes that no other food establishment ever gave me. It said "This restaurant needs more time to complete your order". In all, it took this location over an hour to complete my order. I don't mind that it takes longer to get right, but I was not happy with my Cescar Salad. First, it tasted like it hadn't been washed properly. If this restaurant is always behind in fulfilling its orders, I fear that they are missing steps, and not washing the lettuce leaves. What else are they not cleaning? Also, there was a Lettuce butt put into my ceasar salad. The ends of lettuce should never be a part of a salad. Again, this hasn't ever happened to my orders in other restaurants. Someone here needs to get staff to raise their standards.

Very tasty pizza. We ordered 4 Large pizzas and all very very tasty except they made 2 pizza vegetarian pizzas when we ordered 2 paneer Tikka pizzas so I called and owner apologized and said she will give 1 free pizza next time . I Very happy from the customer service. Only problem I noticed they don't answer calls quickly that's why given 4 stars

Food taste and menu options have consistently improved over the past two years. Just had some veg. dishes last night and they were very good.Owners are very nice. I agree with past reviews sometimes the food takes too long to prepare but I know they are trying hard so I am ok with it mostly. I gave 4 stars due to difficulty ordering on the phone and occasionally they mess up the order. They are apologetic and offer refunds but it's still annoying especially when you have company over.
