Team members are not paying attention to orders. They always forget to give some of the orders. All the time, they seems to be so so sleepy. Thoughts seems floating. Been bad experience going here the third time.. Employees here needs more training how to do a good costumer service. I actually dont want to give them rate..

Went in to order soup and grilled cheese sandwich. I was told that they have none left. I stood in line for 15 minutes only to be told there was no soup or sandwich left. They should have a sign on the board to state what is sold out so customers don't have to wait in line. Employees there weren't friendly either. This has always been my experience at this location. I should have learned my lesson.

The employee who took my order literally walked away from the till and went to the back without a word the moment after I placed my order and before the transaction was even approved and did not come back. I had ordered a sandwich and a donut and normally they hand you the items from the display case before you wait off to the side for your hot food. On top of that they were understaffed so definitely poor judgement on that employees part to just walk off like that and go to the back and not bother to return. I had to ask for my receipt from a different employee as I needed it and she was clearly annoyed at my request. I asked the other employee who prepared my sandwich for my donut and she told me I had to get it from the front and that's when I told her the person who took my order disappeared without a word so she had to walk out to display and get my donut for me. Awkward situation & huge communicated gap & horrible customer service from the girl who took my order.
