This was the mixed gyros pack. Gyros meat is meant to be slivers of meat- cooked off the rotisserie-this was bland chunks of meat-that was obviously precooked & reheated on the grill! The tabouli had no dressing-seemed like it sat in water & had that fridge taste! NOT fresh at all!!! On the menu the pack said it came with a can of drink but the guy said it wasn’t part of the pack even though it was pointed out to him on the menu!!! He still refused to give the drink!! Overall-the place looks grimy/filthy- I was extremely disappointed -would never eat/buy from here again.

Thank you Charcoal Hub for consistently providing an unmatched service and an incredibly positive experience. The food is well prepared and the Shish kebab and Tzatziki are absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere is always welcoming and you have the friendliest staff who take the time to listen to understand my exact order requirements. Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

Get food, quick service, we come here at least 3 nights a week for a good feed for the family,
Never had a issue, the staff are great and always have a smile on their faces, my fav is the worker with a t-shirt that says CU in the NT on it, always happy and goes the extra mile for customers.
10/10 recommend!!

How do I begin?
I had to give a star because otherwise it wouldn’t let me leave a review.
I came to my friends home who wanted to organise a nice night of charcoal chicken. He made the initial phone order and was told 40 minutes. After about an hour he went to pickup the order and said to us, ‘guys give me 5 minutes and I’ll be back with the chicken.’ Or so we thought.
That 5 minutes ended up turning into an extra 45 minutes. When he finally came with the chicken, we had to reheat the chicken in the oven in fear of salmonella.
Nothing to do with charcoal. Buy costco or coles chicken if you want a solid roast. Stay away from this place.
The owner was also kind enough to offer a discount of $3.50 for the inconvenience and raw chicken.

Ordered 6 chickens and he said it would take 45 min. We were there after 45 mins. The 6 chickens were still cooking and some did not look cooked at all.
Then he offered to give 5, since one of them was obviously still raw as..
Then he started cutting the chickens, realising they are not cooked well, took a piece of chicken with the scissors he was using and tasted it then said its ok. Then kept cutting the chicken with the same scissors.
Long story short after waiting 40 min more there (in total 1hr 25 min) we ended up getting 4 chickens at the end.
He felt sorry I guess and instead of $98.5 he took $95 only (how sweet).
We came home and the chickens were still raw and I swear I avoided eating some pieces
The chips were half cooked as well.
Dont go there guys.

I went here with my friends for lunch. We order a lamb gyros platter, portuguese chicken and lamb kebab, the portuguese sauce was mouthwatering and the chicken was juicy. lamb kebab was fresh, flavory and delicious. We just loved the way how they treat the customers, we remarkably appreciate the quality of food and it's was a great experience. I would highly recommend this shop for kebabs and charcoal chicken.
