Yum!! Great little place. The decor is simple and easy on the eye. Most of the team were friendly and attentive. The dumplings were delicious and tasty. Lots of food options and all of them are delicious, you could definitely spend the whole night just having the starter and side dishes, they are that good!

Friends booked a surprise birthday dinner and we had a great night out with laughs and good food. We ordered the tasting menu so lots of variety and goodies to try. It’s $60pp and worth it. It included dumplings, mains and dessert. The shiitake dumplings were phenomenal, best I’ve ever had and the black bean beef with cauliflower was also a winner. Definitely be back again just to order those two. Duck pancakes and fried rice also deserve a mention, really good. It’s a good looking restaurant, nice and cosy, and staff is friendly and efficient - great night out. Street parking available along Hickson Road 👍 all covid rules followed

My advice is stick to the wine list as a safe option😜I would recommend this place to my friends for a good lunch destination.

I ordered the vegetarian dumplings, and it was incredibly sticky and almost overfilled with spinach(?) or some green finely chopped leafy vegetable. Wouldn't really recommend it as a vegetarian option, I also had the fried rice which was great. If you're vegetarian, be careful with what you order, but if you eat meat/are pescatarian, there's plenty of good food options for you.

I’ve been so keen to try this restaurant from the many good reviews, if only the restaurant is reliable enough to have me as a customer. Not once, but TWICE that they have cancelled my bookings on the day of due to their restaurant closure either to covid or staff shortage. This is a booking that I have made over a month ago and I’ve received cancellations on the day of event which the second event being my pre-birthday theatre dinner. Disappointed is how I am feeling as imagine having to find an alternative plan at the last minute. Unfortunately, I will not be trying my luck with this restaurant again to avoid another disappointment.
