Flour Eggs Water Tramsheds

Everything was amazing. The experience and service from the moment we were greeted to departure. The food was amazing and the team even helped with options to meet our dietary requirements. The Foccacia was so delicious and soft. And the Burrata was freaking amazing. Soft, Cheesy, sweet and Savoury. Just the most perfect dish!

We enjoyed a Saturday night dinner for five. A great range of menu options to suit all tastes. The warm olives are great as well as the mushrooms as starters or entrees. Another must try is the layered dessert in a coffee cup. Wines by the glass and bottle plus cocktails and barista style coffee. Very helpful wait staff. Good location for kids to play nearby.

Located in the rustic yet modern ‘tramshed’, Flours Eggs Water gives you a foodgasmic experience. I have been to numerous Italian restaurants in Sydney and I must say Flours Eggs Water is a level above. The well curated menu is versatile and has vegetarian friendly options. The dish ordered by me was a flavour bomb I did not expect. I highly recommend this place to have good food with good people and celebrate friendships. Good food, nice staff easy to park. But, we found a hair in one of our pasta dishes and the unique response from the waitress was “ok, sorry”. It took too long to be served ( public holiday, no worries ) and I was expecting another reaction, maybe no charging the surcharge? A free drink? A real apology. I know is not easy business dealing with people. Anyway, I hope they will improve that. * The waiter 👌 he just worked for 3 of the others. Good job mate!

Disappointing.Located within the iconic tramsheds, Flour eggs water has the right feel and ambience that constitutes a really good evening experience. Unfortunately, considering it offers only mains and pasta dishes, the pasta was not as amazing as I expected. The spaghetti and rigatoni seemed a little undercooked and doughy. The ravioli on the other hand was really good. Overall we felt the food was heavy and lacking ‘something’. We just couldn’t figure what that ‘something’ was. Possibly the sauces need a redo. Okay to visit but not on top of my list. Next time we are in the area and decide to eat here we will probably go for the mains which might change our minds!

Amazing pastas!! Every bite was so flavourful! Service was great too! Our waitress saw me googling the menu to understand What was what, and offered to explain instead! They hand make their pasta here, so you can guarantee you're getting the freshest and legit stuff! A little bit on the pricy side but Will definitely be back!
