Moksha Indian Restaurant

I have been to India 50+ times, this is the most authentic restaurant I have been to in Australia. Very clean, every spice served to you with grace, you will not be disappointed. Bali the owner, comes to your table with such warmth and friendliness,, everything is offered to you from the soul is this heavenly restaurant. Thank you Sir Bali and Team🙏☮️

Very disappointing, this used to be a great restaurant. Seem to be more interested in takeaways than dine in customers nowadays. Even though we were booked in for when they opened, still had to wait 45mins to get anything to eat and then it wasn't to the standard I would expect. Sorry, but we won't be back.

For over 20 years we have been visiting this place and always loved it. Last night however was different. There must have been a change in ownership and management. Certainly the chef was not the same. We firstly had Masala Doosa. Nowhere near as nice and a rather meagre portion. The butter chicken had a very thin and watery consistency and was rather tasteless. The Dhal was very measly as well, runny sauce and not a lot of lentils in it. The lamb and the fish was ok. Both my husband and I had severe hardburn llast night which we normally never have. Therefore you must be using MSG whiuch is not conductive to healthy eating. The service was good and friendly, just very slow. Previously we have been recommending your restaurant to many people. Unforrtuntaley we can no longer do that and we definitely will not return either.

Is this restaurant under new management? The menu is different not in a good way and the food is definitely different? The alu tiki used to be pea patties and now they are potato patties, the mutter paneer and and the kofta in cashew sauce were my favourites and neither are on the menu. Unfortunately I mostly like vegetarian Indian food (although I am not vegetarian generally) and the lack of these dishes make the menu lacking in non meat options now. Others in my family preferred the beef korma which also isn't available.

I will go back, the food was very different and tasty, but please do not charge a corkage fee, if u yourself does everything, meaning u get the wine from the bottle shop, u pour it, u undo the bottle, and u are not offered a ice bucket, please let's be fair! I will return, and try their lovely food.
