Amazing cocktail list...combined with the most stunning view in Australia, Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge! The bartenders are precisely created to make the remarkable cocktails that can blow your mind... delicious 5 star food can bring your taste to the next level as well, and all of this is on reasonable prices too. My partner and I were guest at the hotel and having the chance to enjoy the bar was one of our tops in the to-do list.

Lovely bar with great views! Extensive wine list, beer and spirits. Signature cocktail selection, and all the usual cocktails available (but not on the menu). We sat on a comfortable sofa, but there were plenty of window seats free.

Great food, great view, horrendous service.
We came here for the “trust the chef” menu, and the food was fantastic. The problem was that the service was confusing at best. At no time did anyone tell us anything about the dishes they were serving us (mind you, they’re not listed on a menu). Nor did they explain that the first two very small plates served together were to share, followed by one small plate to share, followed by 2 large plates to share, followed by two desserts. We also weren’t given the allegedly included glass of Chandon that was listed on the website.
If this establishment trained their waitstaff to know what was going on with the menu or to explain it at all, it would have been a spectacular experience. If I went again I would just order drinks and items off the regular menu a la carte.

Was expecting better. Very dark and alittle dated. Drinks served in Crystal glasses but no coasters. Music is alittle too “nightclubbing” rather than jazzy and chill. Probably won’t come back and definitely wouldn’t recommend for a date night. Needs a reno.

Hands down one of the best views in Sydney. Great cocktail and wine list and very attentive staff. Our guy was new so extremely attentive, but he was nice.

One of the best views in Sydney! They had a broad array of spirits, wine and cocktails on offer. My partner and I particularly enjoyed the taste of '36 levels above' and 'G.O.A.T' (cocktails). The staff at Blu Bar were also very accommodating and attentive.

Spectacular view of harbour bridge and Opera House from the blu bar. But the high tea savoury and dessert was not that great. Tea pots looked old and not clean. Service wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t go back again.

Incomparable view and excellent location, marred by the poor service and sound of bartenders yelling at floor staff. Among the inept staff members, the only difference was the lovely young woman who was on her first night. I hope she finds a workplace as wonderful as her service.
