Franks Pizza Bar

Amazing food, totally authentic homemade style ingredients. Pizzas are perfect and the pastas are drool worthy. Also the apple pie desert just melts in your mouth. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and a special shout out to Daniela our hostess who made us feel like part of the family. Our new favourite Italian restaurant!

Update: OWNER Change - won't go again 😫😥 RESPONSE to New Owners Comment: Actually not being able to split the bill isn't ideal (most restaurants do & it would have been 4 payments not 14 individuals...) But that wasn't the reason we won't be back! The food still tasted similar to the many many times we had been in the past which is good & the only reason why you maintained 2 stars, the main reason we won't be back is because the staff member serving us, keep staring at us to the point where a number of my guests said something as they were uncomfortable, he was also unable to take more then one persons order at a time - returning to the kitchen between each order, was snappy when asked questions about the types of beer available ECT...not to mention the price has significantly increased (see below what prices we are use to) & on top of that you charge a high card fee even for debit payments & when we decided to pay cash you still tried to charge the card fee. So overall I was disappointed & hence why we will find another place... OLD REVIEW: Wonderful experience!!! 5 Stars Seated & served fast! But that didn't compare to how fast the food arrived, I almost couldn't believe it :0) Now for the Taste! Yummo! But actually the kicker was the unbelievable PRICE 🤯 We had a medium pizza, lasagna, bruschetta for two, garlic bread, a tomato salad, calamari rings & chips all for $57.50!

THE BEST Italian food i have had .. I have driven past Franks numerous times and always said I want to drop in. I finally went in last week .. I have found a new home ! Our Hostess For the evening was Dani, she was Amazing, Friendly, Funny and Very knowledgeable about everything we asked on the menu. Cant Wait to go back

Went with a group of friends, as I have on and off for a few years. I had a surgical mask on as I was recovering from a lung infection (non-viral, non-contagious) and was self conscious about my impaired lung function. One of the staff who served us wouldn’t let go that I had my mask on, and harassed me to take it off, even after an explanation (which shouldn’t have been required). She then started making baseless claims about breathing back in carbon dioxide from wearing a mask, as if this isn’t the same kind of mask doctors often wear for multiple hours! Neither myself nor any of my friends will be back, and I will continue to spread this experience so as many people as possible know how uncomfortable I was made to feel for personally choosing to wear a surgical mask.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere was great we were immediately greeted by friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza. They have a wide arrange of pizza, past, desserts and drinks. We ordered a pizza and pasta and it was delicious. The crust was crispy, flavourful with home made sauce and the toppings worked together beautifully. Best pizza in Sydney hands down The pasta was packed with flavour and presented with great staff. By the end of our meal we were planning our next visit. This is a place to go with family, friends, partners or solo, I loved it. Must try this place! Excellent service, great owners that make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door.
