Possibly my favourite place to have Carbonara pasta in Sydney now. We visited on Easter Sunday for dinner and promised ourselves to come back for other dishes. Was particularly blown away by the amazing Carbonara spaghetti ($18, homemade spaghetti too!), served in a bread bowl. Very good price considering the quality! Also had the Prosciutto wood-fired pizza ($24), which was good & really big, but we had our hearts for the Carbonara already. Good service & they allow BYO for only $2.50pp. Definitely recommended!

Literally the best pasta I've had in Sydney! I went to Pastabella last Saturday and ordered spaghetti carbonara. It was fantastic. Staff are friendly and smiley. The restaurant is more like an Italian family style and very cozy. Can't wait to go back and have another pasta on my cheat day :P

This place could be such a cool place to dine as it's obviously a family business (staff members are from 16 - 86 years of age) but unfortunately it's not that case. They would have to bring something else than very simple Italian dishes from '60. There is a huge lack of flavours and creativity in their meals. On the top of it waiting time for the main dishes was ridiculous!

Almost walked past as looked just like a takeaway place with a couple of tables out the front. Then noticed the nice little dining area at the back.
