Hyde Hacienda Sydney Bar + Lounge

Went here of a girlfriend's hens. The place itself was a little bit hard to find however, when you walk in the interior is really pretty. We had 16 girls but were seated on the other side of the bar. At first the tables and seating arrangement were a little bit uncomfortable but they managed to bring us another round table to fit all of us comfortably. The cocktails were delicious and we were surprised by their warhead shots! Those were delicious!! However, the food were average. It wasn't wow. Great place to head out with the girls for some delicious cocktails though!

This place was a little confusing to find, but once we got there it was all worth it. We were given a seat at the window with an amazing view of the Harbour Bridge by Camila, who was amazing and extremely attentive whilst also making the experience fun. Drinks came quickly and were BEAUTIFUL as well as tasty, the bar was just at our right, so we could also see the process and time that goes into making each drink. When we were given our second drink of the night we were also surprised by Eisha, who topped our night off with free shots, on the house. This place seems a little pricey at first, but would do it in a heartbeat again after witnessing the care and passion that the staff have for their customers nights out. Well worth the money and walk up the stairs. Thank you so much for making our night so special, especially Camila and Eisha. We will be back!

Went here for a friends birthday brunch. The cocktails were really good and reasonably priced. The staff were all amazing, Justin in particular went above and beyond with the hospitality and came through with shots on the house for all 6 of us which were also the best shots we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend this place more especially with the view.

lovely hidden gem :) got cocktails 'mango no. 5' which was delicious, and the 'blue lagoon' which is also nice!! offers plenty of small share foods, i got the sweet potato chips with chipotle sauce. it was a good size, though there are some dishes i saw which were essentially snack sized. really rustic, colorful and modern environment, id love to come back:) only irk is that the menu is a laminated piece of paper with a qr code, like bro just give us an actual menu please 😪 im sick of scanning things all the time
