Nando's

I love Nandos, most of the time we go to Nandos for lunch and dinner but this store located at 2/332 kent st has a very bad customer service. It’s a shame this amazing place has this bad service. We asked for whole chicken and peri peri chips but they said they don’t have chips. We asked for table water but the water glass bottle was so disgusting, greasy and we saw the manager with blue tshirt was filling water from dishwashing sink and water was so dirty. Not recommended at all.

First time coming to this Nandos on a Friday afternoon. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and would check on us to make sure everything was okay :) The place was surprisingly large with many different seating options. The food was served very quickly and tasted great. No complaints ! I’ll definitely visit again if I’m in the area :)

Ordered a vegan burger with a "pretender" patty. It was a challenge. First, staff looked at me like they were scared by word "vegan" and were not sure if they can make it, even though menu said so. Had to ask to replace aioli sauce with bbq. Also ordered regular chips. They were struggling with my order for 20+ minutes, then finally gave it to me. Well, vegan cheese I had to add myself at home. Also there was wrong sauce added on a side - "medium" instead of asked "bbq", also had to use my home sauce. In general, it can be eaten, but come on, Nando's, can you make this vegan experience prettier? Add vegan cheese, vegan sauce, make entire burger vegan. Now your "almost vegan" option is worse than in Oporto or Hungry Jack. Not sure I will be back until this is improved.

Great place and tasty food. It's a blend between take away and a restraunt. Prices are also. Not to dear but not cheap either. Yummy food and a comfortable place to chill for a bit. I recommend it. Friendly staff too and wait to for meals to be cooked is great. Don't forget to say grace and thank God for the meal he has blessed you with....
