Real Food Connection

My husband and I have been looking and waiting for a high protein, low carb cafe/take-away shop exactly like 'Real Food Connection'. Ever since our first meal (over 8 months ago), we eat there once a week plus we are able to buy some extra meals for our lunches at work. The food is bursting with flavour, is nutritionally perfect and fantastically priced. An added bonus is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can not recommend this place enough. Enjoy !

Really fabulous paleo food options. The menu changes regularly, which is great as there is always something new to try. Their pulled pork and sweet potato mash is particularly yummy, as are their protein balls - and both can be eaten in or picked up for take away. If you're stopping by for breakfast I recommend the breakfast platter. Staff are lovely and friendly and always ready to answer questions about any menu items you may not have tried before.

This is my favourite paleo/grain and dairy free place in Sydney! The staff are friendly and helpful. You can buy a lot of the meals take away. And I'm always stumped by the delicious range of paleo treats. Do yourself a favour and get down here on a Saturday afternoon for an organic coffee, and slice of carrot cake... and maybe a smoothie or slice of choc chilli tart.... and then perhaps a spicy chai latte and protein ball... Try the dairy free icecream!
