2 star because I like the music here . Always come here for drinks with my friends. Bbbbuuutt who is this Thai guy his not nice but friendly to other Thai customers.i wanted to come here because the night before we also ate here. But was disappointed when I came with my bf . The massaman beef curry is watered down, and paid $3 for the chili sauce.. shouldn't have come down for food but for music.

Low customer service, the security guard is very very rude like terribly rude. We’re not even drunk and got blame for misunderstanding. We was told the we brought the food and water from outside but we ate it before we went in and the water we brought it from the bar. The security didn’t ever listen and scream at us.(13 of us) to cut us off and kick us out. Even we have a proved from bar staff. I will never ever coming back to this place and won’t suggest anyone going there ever again. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

food is ok, but the service is downright horrible. the staff have no clue, and the guy that seems to be the manager is downright incompetent, to the point he doesn't know how to do his job properly and professionally. The waitresses will bring out soup, but then the bowls to eat the soup come out 5 minutes later. Your dishes will come out, but there are no plates or cutlery, or even serviettes. When our group noticed a table sitting next to us, that came in 20 minutes later than us, got their food before us...the manager guy simply said, "this is a different section ". What does that have to do with a long wait for your food, with people arriving after you getting theirs first. This actually has to do with being disorganised. When asked when our groups food will be coming, the manager said in a very condescending tone, "relax...your food will eventually be coming ". A competent and professional manager would say, Apologies for the wait, let me look into this and get your order out to you as soon as possible. If you are hungry, want competent service, with professional staff...go somewhere else. The arrogant manager of this place will make your experience unnecessarily unpleasant and unsatisfying, go to chat thai or anywhere else.

Being a regular customer at this restaurant, i never had any bad experiences previously until friday. On Friday , I went with my friends and their parents (11 of us ) to have nice dinner where we all were excited to listen to live music. My friend's dad asked for the wifi password and the waiter named 'TIK' was very rude answering the question. His reply tone was very unwelcomed and we all felt bad immediately.. He might have been busy and might have had a long day at work but he could have answered in a polite way to his customers. Non of us were happy, as the parents were just the visitors for a month and they felt so bad after how he handled the situation. Very bad experience for someone who is in this country to pay a visit and learn experiences. Right at that moment , we decided to go out of the restaurant and we we would definitely never go back again. Worst customer service ever (other waiters were helpful though)
