On 23 November at 17:20. I ordered a latte and other stuff, the lady made me a strong coffee instead with not enough milk, appeared to be more of a strong flat white than latte. Being particular about my coffee I told the lady this coffee is more of a flat white than a latte, she opened the cashier and handed me cash, and told me to go get coffee from somewhere else! Had to remind her she can’t refuse service and she better of make me a proper latte, which she obliged to after she understood I wasn’t happy with her attitude. Seriously, what happened to hospitality and taking customers feedback with positive attitude?

Such a disappointing experience. Ordered a cookie cake on a Monday for Friday pick up. Received a text message mid morning on Friday to say that they had no staff and my cake order was cancelled. Left three messages for the owner during the week to confirm pick up and he never returned a phone call. There goes my sons birthday cake surprise 😔 Ever tried finding a birthday cake on a Friday in Sydney? Will never get my business again

I ordered a cookie cake for my son from here for the first time and will be my last. Firstly my preferred pick up time were between 1-2pm. I got there at 1:30pm and it was not ready. And staff told me it was for 2 pm pick up. I ordered Mr. Field cookie cakes many times and never have problem with pick up time. They're always make sure it finished by the preferred pick up time. Didn't have to wait for another half an hour to finished up with the icing. If the shop down in Myer's food court didn't closed down I wouldn't order from here. And also special comment box is there for a reason. Please read for special requests and stop blaming others staff member. If the icing was done before the time I went to pick it up, I probably don't even get the icing colour that I requested. Don't blame the boss how he/she told you. Please read the special requests. I'm very upset with the service here. After all that, at the end I don't even get the correct designs. You can't tell customer that the other girl who could follow the correct design had quit already and this all u can do. From a whole branch of balloons down to 3 ugly balloons. I had no more word to say and just had to take it and walked away. Couldn't waste anymore of my time.

Ordered and paid for a cookie cake on Monday to be picked up on Friday for my brother's birthday. Rang me on the morning of Friday to say that they won't be making it. When asked why he didn't return my calls during the week in regards to following up the order, the owner laughed and offered 50% off next order. This has ruined my brother's birthday surprise. Pathetic management and head office should fire him immediately.

Just under average coffee. Worse than what you find in any average coffee shop out there. The cookies are just well.. cookies, just at $3.2 is a bit of an ask for a cookie. Oh and by far the saddest raisin toast ever served. The cheapest range butter used and the bread is clearly no more than a couple of dollars a loaf, what you'd usually find at $1 at Coles, but then charged at coffee-shop prices.
