Had the fuh experience Tuesday 26/07/22, went with family for a quick lunch. The service was Ok, However the food was traditionally delicious and full of flavour. I've had some "pho" in my time and this has to rate up there with the likes of Cabramatta and Canley Vale, I ordered beef combination meaning a variety of different beef cuts including beef tendon & tripe, The borth was full of flavour, the freshness of their product is felt in every spoonful. The price $24 for the large bowl, expensive when compared to other places,however given the location in the heart of the city,it is to be expected. Delicious pho, recommended.

Ordered the regular combination pho with the fam. Solid soup base. Stronger on the licorice side (star anise) if that's your jam. Also the tendons are cut rustic and portions are huge. Totally different from the status quo of tendon cuts/portions. Serving size is massive as well. I wasn't able to finish my bowl. But dad seemed to clean his large serving though. Restaurant is bit towards the hipster side so lighting and mood towards that. Had the parentals with me and they had to shine their phone torches on the menu. Ordering was a breeze through a web app scanned via a QR code. Again, not towards the technologically challenged. Service was professional, prompt and they were attentive to our needs and requests. I used to love this restaurant but the last two times I have stopped in to pick up takeaway I have been sadly disappointed. Tonight I ordered the garlic chicken and opted to replace the rice with an extra serving of steamed vegetables (they charge an extra $3 for this, which I thought was a little strange). I saw as the food was being prepared that my order was messed up, and the chicken included rice instead of extra vegetables I had ordered. Though the three wait staff noticed and seemingly had the kitchen correct this, it turned out they replaced the rice with plain lettuce. It’s lucky I’m not allergic to rice as it was littered through the meal too. I’m a little annoyed I paid $22 for a measly piece of chicken, half a container of iceberg lettuce and two tiny pieces of broccoli. I won’t be coming back again.

Would recommend the rare beef and rare beef with flank phos. Ultra salty so definitely packs a punch. But the staff didn’t seem all that interested in service. Had to ask to be seated, to order, and to pay... Had a better experience at their pop up store and at Potts Point Markets by the El Alamein Fountain. Delicious nonetheless!

Love this place for consistency, if not anything else. Standard Vietnamese fare - nothing too out of the ordinary on the menu or flavour wise. Decent pho broth, great laksa, and rice dishes. Highly recommend the grilled chicken and also their white meat noodle (bún) salad. I like that they have food edits and options built into the menu - they don't raise an eyebrow when you want to make changes to the dishes.

I think there's been a change of management. Staff have changed and the quality of the food and service has dropped and the prices have gone up by a lot. I ordered rare beef pho and got beef was so overcooked it was like jerky. And they gave me the wrong sauce for my spring rolls. Noticed that the quality had slowly been decreasing over time but this was the final straw for me.
