Three Chocolatiers

Good range of chocolate, including a surprisingly decent range of gluten free chocolates. This place is tucked away in Wynyard Station, and I was unaware of it for quite some time. Three Chocolatiers have single bars for around $15, and small bags of items like chocolate covered nuts or chocolate freckles for $10.

If you're a chocolate lover (who isn't really?) Then you must try these gorgeous chocolates from Three Chocolatiers. They have a lovely range to suite anyone's taste. My children loved the Fun Filled Speckles with milk chocolate & The Cookies & Cream white chocolate bars. I however I preferred The Strawberry Blast white chocolate & the Murray River Almond dark chocolate. These little bite size chocs were so yummy & very addictive!

Mocha is delicious. I have been passing by and buying it for years, but the service hasn't been the best lately. The girl who was working this morning was rough. She abruptly took my loyalty card from my hand, ripped it off and gave me a new one. Unsolicited, unnecessary, unacceptable and rude. I was shocked by her behaviour. I felt quite disrespected. Not to mention that I greeted her "Good morning, how are you this morning?" and she was completely silent. Not even a nod. She either needs customer service training or a new job. Nobody deserves to be mistreated, and that's how I felt.

Chocolate or wax? Previously had good experience with the three chocolatiers in Wynyard, especially the dark hot chocolate, it was silky smooth and tasty. Other chocolates are generally good. Not this time. Salted caramel dark chocolate tasted like wax, no salt flavour or caramel, very disappointed. If this is the result of rush production to meet Valentine's demand, I am sorry to say, this is bad enough that people will now stop visiting. Not even worth the "share in the office treatment", straight into the bin.

Ordered a hamper, the delivery address was wrong so the hamper was returned to sender over a week ago. 5 emails and a phone call later, no response to redelivery or resolution offered. Worst customer service ever, should have just gone with Koko Black or Haighs chocolates like I usually do instead of trying to support a smaller business. Just keep my money for goods not received then, I'll just never purchase anything again from Three Chocolatiers, lesson learned.

We ordered a gift for a friend, but the order was delivered to a wrong address. Customer service was contacted. Nothing resolved. I get that it's hard times with the lockdown, but that's all the more reason to pay attention to your service. So much for us trying to help out local business. You've lost yourself a huge chocolate-loving customer.
