Kfc

This kfc used to be quite nice pre-covid but since emerging from the lockdown the standard has definitely gone downhill. I always get the stacker box (stacker burger, chips, wings, gravy and a drink). The amount of sauce in the stacker burger varies with each order (the amount of sauce they have been putting on the stacker burger is inconsistent and May be they put that at will) so I can’t advise them whether I need more or less sauce while ordering. Twice in the last month they have been giving me the my order in different size boxes (May be they run out of boxes). On one instance wings were outside box in a paper bag and today the stacker burger was out of the box and served separately. On one instance (that was a one off event) my chips had chicken salt even though I always order chips with no salt. All of the above has occurred over the last month (post-lockdown) suggesting there May be incompetent staff post-lockdown.

Wow, the order I've made at this particular KFC for more than a year just got rejected. I had the audacity to ask for a rib and a thigh piece in my three piece feed. I was curtly informed by them that 'as long as they have worked their' KFC only provides two small pieces and one large in the three piece feed. I asked for a refund and received one. Is KFC really going to downsize what has been provided since the three piece box? So many other options out there hey.

Unfortunately had a negative experience last week where my order was given to another customer who left the restaurant with the food and came back a few mins later and the staff tried to give me that meal knowing it had left the restaurant with another person. Also saw counter staff taking money and then packing food without using gloves or washing hands in between. They were good at limiting the number of people in the restaurant tho. I work nearby and go often but not again after the last experience, especially during a pandemic

Although there was a lot of people waiting around the store this Saturday lunch, I noticed it was actually moving quite quickly. Sure enough, I was able to order straight away. While waiting for my order, I had a chance to see how efficiently this store is running - they do an amazing job. Not once did the "orders waiting" section on-screen fill up. Orders were being served quicker than they could come in. The team work superbly well together. My food was fresh, looked as it should, and tasted great. The Shift Supervisor on duty, who served my order, even apologised for the wait - which wasn't really that long when compared to the competition with a similar number of customers. Highly recommended KFC store.

Lunch on weekdays are super busy. I ordered at midday and waited in line for 15 minutes. The $5 hot and spicy box is good value. The chicken is cooked well at this store. Crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. They often have new/trainee staff so takes a little longer for your order to be ready. It is conveniently located.
