The family love this place and go when ever we can. The best veggie fried rice in Sydney - lots of veggies! We'd eat there more often if there was a better selection of vegetarian options.

I eat here almost every week. The pho and rice paper rolls are to die for plus the shop is owned by the nicest little family. Highly recommended.

After visiting Vietnam, I'd like to think I know my pho, and since returning to Australia my life has become a constant search for pho that hits the spot just like it did while we were travelling. The pho at Saigon Princess is classic southern style, a nice simple broth with just the right amount of sweetness. Sometimes the meat can be sliced a little too thick and may be a little bit tough, but most of the time it's just right. Anyway, pho is really about the broth and tailoring the dish to your taste with the sprouts, basil, chillies and sauces, and this definitely ticks all the boxes! What's more, the dining experience is made all the nicer when you realise that this is a 100% a family run business with mum and dad busy cooking out the back, while three lovely, polite young daughters manage front of house. It really gives you the warm and fuzzies. The Banh Xeo just misses the mark, but it's a good alternative if you're looking for some fresh and crunchy ingredients. If you're dining with friends or a partner, bring wine, beer etc. Order some nibbles like spring rolls, cold rolls and crispy money bags to start.

Really nice Pho with flavourful broth. Chicken rice paper rolls were good too. Family run place with good prices.

The food is good but the prices they charge dont match the prices on the menu. When I queried this they told me there had been a price rise on some dishes. Im pretty sure under the law this is illegal. They better hope the ACCC doesnt catch them advertising inaccurate prices.

Good food, fun staff and affordable. Nice Pho and the best vermicilli noodles + spring roll dish. Highly recommended
