I can't understand why you give this restaurant such a bad review. I had Hanoi Style Curry with chicken which was okay. Not the best food in the world, the meat was a bit dry and not all you can eat for 17 Dollars but if you complain so much about the amount of food you get, you should probably get naked and watch yourself in the mirror. If you got overweight don't blame the restaurant, lose weight and eat normal amounts. I am a big and sporty guy and I eat a lot. Was starving when I came there, because I skipped breakfast and I am still full with one curry. The restaurant looks very beautiful, same as the toilets and so on. Very clean in there and they gave us free water.. I would go there again.

The harsh reviews are deserved, over priced, small portions and bland. We had a some chicken rice, pho (made with a stock cube) and 2 entries and a warm glass of red wine for $71. A pity but better off at the family vietnamese restaurant on Ross Street, the foods is tasty and well priced. Strange that after consistent review suddenly 2 completely contradictory reviews appear.

We were in Vietnam for a month in 2015 and developed a sense for the flavors. Excited to find that the menu at Miss Chu's was familiar, specially excited to find the Banh mi vegan option and the spring rolls are to die for. Also, stoked about the authenticity of the ice coffee. The staff is very friendly and the service was kind.

Pretty ordinary. Pho broth had that fake taste like it was made from oxo cubes with star anise and a bit of chilli thrown in. The beef they use in everything seems like it is pre-cooked and reheated, it's grey and dry. The rice paper rolls were ok but too much vermicelli and not enough chicken. The wild rice, beef quinoa dish was tasty but again, that dry beef. Steamed dumplings were not bad. I think they call it a tuck shop so they can get away with shortcuts to make service quick but the prices don't justify these sacrifices. If you are in the area and want a good Pho, Pho Hanoi is only just down the road. If you want cheap and fresh, Tom Yum Tum Gang Thai is a little bit further and will fill you up for half the price.

I have never rated or reviewed an eatery But had to with this one. It is overpriced and way overrated. We normally go to fast pho' (highly recommended) at broadway But just wanted to see what the hype about. Very disappointed. Sad to see that the little guy down the road Can only charge half the price for better food

Tiny portions, especially for the price. Probably the most expensive Vietnamese around and you're not getting much in return, except paying for the brand. Pho average. Good service and nice setting but if you're looking for Vietnamese in the area go to one of the locally owned places for better value and flavour.
