Very VERY busy KFC that uses a pre ordering system using a QR code recipe that’s paperless. Maybe all this store needs is robots to throw the ordered meals at you once it’s ready. Having real people there makes no sense when there’s no humanity in the delivery of food. Expect long waits for ordered meals and make sure your whole order is actually delivered. Sadly much of the seating in this KFC is used by people waiting for their amazing fried chicken meals. Anyway next time I’ll know to give it a miss. Taco Bell & McDonalds are right nearby.

Well done guys, lightning fast, order accuracy, great customer service. 5 stars as promised. ——— The food is good, as you would expect with KFC, but the service is severely lacking. Not for lack of effort, they tried hard and fixed everything eventually, but their execution for delivering the correct order was probably the most failed attempts I have ever had on a single, relatively simple order. I presume this is just growing pains as they find their feet here again in the food court. Will upgrade to 5 stars when they get it sorted out. Until then, triple check your order and don’t be afraid to ask for a correction. Thanks Colonel, the chicken was great when we eventually got it!

Wouldn't recommend the revamp KFC at broadwat! horrible service both food and customer service. Staff members should be retrained in the quality of customer service given to customers. I ordered a dinner for 2 and only receiving 4 pieces of the 6 chickens, chips were cold and stale. So much for great quality of service!

Definitely the worst kfc ever. First of all, they messed up 3 of my past 4 orders. Delivered wrong Oder twice, and the other one was never delivered. Second of all they have the smallest chicken u can ever find on earth. Below is a picture of a two piece box, a comparison of the original recipe chicken to my thumb.

Just ordered 21 hot and spicy through the app, 30 minutes goes by and when I asked where’s the chicken they just said that the order didn’t came through their system. Waited for another 15 minutes, NO ONE EVER CARES AND EVERYONE JUST KEEP AVOIDING US, NO ONE SAID SORRY, NOT A SINGLE PERSON. Just close if you’re not capable of what you’re doing , Dont bother to stop by, waste of time

Always check your order before leaving the store. It's unbelievable how many times they got my order wrong, I have to double check everytime if I received everything. I've been scammed at least 100 dollars by this KFC. I always order the same 3 piece hot and spicy box with a either 3 or 6 wings on the side. I cannot believe how many times they have or attempted skip the extra wings/ give me original receipe/downsize my order. I had given them the benefit of the doubt as I worked in the fast food industry before: Sometimes it is busy, sometimes you are not having a good day. But the sheer amount of time I've been cheated out of my money and the fact that you have to double check everytime is ridiculous. Imagine having to double check everytime if you have receive the patty when you go to Hungry Jack's or double check if you have receive the right amount of nugget everytime everytime you go to Maccas. Very disappointing.

Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. The woman at the register was clearly an ESL person so not the best person to have on registers. The seats are very hard, most seats had been taken away, cleanliness was average and they gave me no chicken drumstick in my order of 3 pieces of original recipe. Still, the rest of the food was quite good and hot.
