Bought a burger special deal based on a photo out the front. When I got the burger I asked where all the lettuce, red onion rings and tomato etc was ? I was told that the burger in the photo is not the burger on special. WHAT? Luckily the guy serving had the sense to get me one of the burgers that was in the photo made.

Just wanted 2 eggs, a slice of bacon and a hashbrown for miss 3 while staying in Sydney for a few days. They said I could get the big breakfast which also included half a tomatoes, a sausage and 2 slices of bread for $14. I told them it's too much, and she won't eat it anyway, just want the eggs, bacon and hashbrown. They told me it's $14 anyway, but that they'd add another egg in and another hashbrown (she's 3!). Fine, whatever. My daughter just needed food into her, kids get cranky quickly otherwise. A bit of flexibility for children would go a long way. The day before, I waiting 20 minutes for a small sandwich they'd forgotten about it - didn't get an apology either. Terrible service overall. Won't go back.
