Pizza Hut Waterloo

Delivery came without notification, we ended up checking downstairs after 40 minutes and discovered the food lying in the lobby. Thoroughly disappointed in the food quality, pizza was incredibly salty, and the ‘wings’ were soggy and tasted like chicken nuggets. Usually love eating Pizza Hut in Asia, but our first experience here was absolutely disappointing and we will not be having it again.

So… long day, hungry and didn’t even eat lunch, decided to go for pizza. Made the order online and got confused picking a pepperoni pizza - it shows mozzarella, and by a split second I thought I added extra by mistake. So I remove it… then when I see the email confirmation I realised I removed the mozzarella that comes with it. A pepperoni pizza without cheese is… far from ideal. So I rush down and ask the folks at the counter. Harsh and a blonde lady I missed the name. They say it’s all cool and the cheese to it in time before it hits the oven. Thanks team, you’re legends.

Extremely irresponsible service. I placed an order online 10 minutes before they closed last night. I waited for nearly an hour until I realized they closed already. There was no message, no phone call or order cancellation from the restaurant. Today I placed another order online. Still no response after one-hour wait. I couldn’t reach the restaurant by the phone number they left. Worst experience ever

DISGUSTING service. Was yelled at by pizza maker and threatened to leave and not come back without my already-paid order (simply because I asked why my order was 30 minutes late). Was laughed at by young lady at the cashier. Staff members were arguing with one another. Service was deplorable and reason to never return to Pizza Hut Waterloo.

Brilliant service and the pizzas and garlic bread were fantastic. The "All You Can Eat" style was different to what we were used to (in Adelaide) but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well fed. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks for a fantastic evening!

Something really wrong going on here at the moment with the staff. I came in to order tonight and the workers seemed to be fighting. there was a male worker who eventually left to deliver an order who was ranting and raving and being really rude to the lady who was working with him. he was on the phone talking to someone loudly (verge of yelling) about all the workers and honestly acting very aggressive and weird, swearing and claiming the lady working was 'gaslighting' him. I was waiting to be served while this went on and she asked him to take my order, he came to the POS but didn't look at me, tapped on the machine a lot while still raving and claiming she was on a power trip for asking him to do it while she was in the middle of making pizzas. she ended up taking the order so he would stop raving in front of our faces. he didn't stop for about 20 mins while her and another worker made the food. It was me and another three men customers in the restaurant while this was all happening. She asked him to stop in front of the customers but he didn't care or stop. I really think this needs to be Investigated as there seems to be bullying verging on abuse among the staff at this restaurant, and they don't deserve to be scared like while working. He was wearing a hairnet and coloured glasses. Monday queen's birthday 13th June.
