Mcdonald's

I know quality and services are excepted to be minimal when you walk into Meccas for a late night feast. But didn't expect to be that low. We finished watching a play at night around 11:30pm and felt peckish so we went to this Meccas for some quick bites. When we walked into the store, the place was dirty and most of the tables have trash/crumbs left on them (no one has cleaned up). My first impression was "it's alright, this must be a sign of big night and highly transactional store." No, it was just an ordinary Wednesday night with less than 5 customers. Nevertheless all i was after is the food and then I will get out of there quickly anyway so no fuss so far. Ordered the new chicken burger jalapeño to give it a go. Such nice burger was a let down not due to the taste but more of due the fact that poor quality of delivery and freshness. The deep fried chicken patty was hard as cardboard (ok its late at night and the pre-made fried chicken was probably sitting there for more than 2 hours, i can still tolerate that) but the burger literally had 2 pieces of lettuce and the burger were not dressed up like a shape of a burger. C'mon its a $10 meal, please treat it like one ......what's worse is...the chips were not hot and not seasoned either (no salt???!!!).........we couldn't bring ourselves to finish eating them. We lost appetite. To comfort ourselves, we got the stock standard apple juice rather than going with their syrup soda options. Its the individual packaged 'Extra Juicy" apple juice for kids). After opening the cap of this apple juice bottle, we found some stains/dirt on the lid (sucking/drinking end) so we asked for a replacement. Luckily we got a replacement for that but what was shocking about this was that the staff behind the counter just put the dirty one back to the fridge where it belonged, even we've "opened" it and found dirt on the bottle....imagine the next poor kid who will buy and drink that............ I've had Meccas for years and i even used to work with them too, that's definitely not how i've been taught or the standard Mcdonald's they used to achieve......this is low and real let down. I wonder if their management of this store cares about their hygiene and quality. I know its fast food but it's not like meccas is the cheapest option out there........

I think this McDonald Restaurant will be star for 5 and I like this Restaurant, this is very good Restaurant in Haymarket. This restaurant I have been visited every month and it is a very good thing I have visited it. Actually, every restaurant I like it. So, I believed this restaurant can get star for 5.
