Supreme Gourmet Pizza Bar

Don’t waste you time ordering any food from this pizza shop. We used the online ordering as we have had a few orders missing what we asked for. After the order was placed, we were informed it would be one hour. 30 minutes after the delivery time I call and was told it’s 10 minutes away. They also told me I should come and pick up. I paid for delivery. The delivery driver laughed when he ask if I was waiting for a pizza. Never ordering from here again. Oh the pizza was cold and the calzone was burnt. Go to Crust pizza.

Ordered from here innumerable times but today was disappointing. When I called to provide feedback that the pizza was cold and the crust super hard and wavy, the counter person instead of apologising, argued that they had delivered 100 pizzas today and not received one complaint! He did not consider that it took them over an hour to deliver the lukewarm pizza 4-5 minutes away! Rude customer service.

This pizza service is an absolute joke. Ordered online it’s been more than 40 minutes since the order delivery time and still no food. Call the store had to call 5 times before they even answered the phone and the I was told it was on its way should be 5 minutes away . Guess what still waiting and no pizza yet.I don’t go out of my way to write reviews by seriously don’t waste your time and money with this place.you’ll be left without your money and hungry. This place doesn’t deserve to be opened. Absolute JOKE.

waited exactly 70 minutes. Pizza was below average, strawberries were not added to nutella pizza and was greeted by a highly unprofessional staff member who answered "hello". This demonstrates a completely unprofessional attitude towards your customer which evidently reflected in the quality of food. i had no compensation for the lateness apart from free delivery. I wont be ordering from Supreme again given i have ordered countless times in the past. I had family over for the first time in three months and was so disappointed to see the disappointment in their face from the poorly made food and the time it took them to deliver.

I ordered a pizza and asked for 2 spaghetti Bolognese. I was told that no spaghetti was available but they did have lasagne instead . The pizza was lovely but the lasagne was awful. I don't know what recipe they use but they need to try another one.Only had a couple of mouthfuls and the rest ended up in the bin.
