Pizza Hut Newport

Very good food pizza never burnt would recommend to help try to get them from closing down often from not getting enough money but when they are open the workers are very nice and they have never messed up my order from the 100’s of times that I have ordered from them when the were open just a real shame that they are closed down currently I hope they open up again

Left one star as often a reliable franchise service with good food and prompt delivery but so disappointed after basically being robbed in daylight... chased up a refund for two weeks after being charged twice from my account costing close to 100$ and called 1300 number 4 times only to get cut off - none of their operators seem to know what's going on. They'll make you wait 1 hour on the phone for nothing.

Awesome experience! Pizza's were very good, and prices are exceptional. Very friendly service and Owner takes great care to give you the best tasting food with a very short waiting period. Will always order from here, nothing can beat the amazing quality of food, speed of service and very friendly staff.

The new management is killing it. This place is amazing, the staff is extremely Proffesional and very friendly especially the guy with black mo (forgot his name). The food is fresh and tasty, and the environment is good as well. I would give more stars of i could its just amazing and the definition of good customer service.

Simply Awful. We Order 8 pizzas and 4 garlic breads at 6pm was told the pizzas would arrive at 7pm. At 7:30pm we called the store asking what is happening and was told it will arrive in another 20 minutes. At 8pm called the store again and was informed they did not know where the driver was. Another 40 mins, a total of 2 hour and 40 minute wait, the driver arrived with 1 out of the 8 pizzas and 1 out of the 4 garlic breads and they were stone cold. We then drove to the store which, is no more than a 10 min drive or a 25 minute bike ride, demanding an explanation and a refund, was told the pizzas were ready and were never given to the driver and a refund can only be done by the store manager who is out on a delivery we waited 10 minutes for the pizza and another 10 for the manager. When the manager arrived he said a refund can only be done by the owner who will be in tomorrow morning. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. It took 3 hours for us to get our pizzas, 2 hours late, and we had to drive to get them ourselves AND the pizzas where disgusting and cold. Domino's is miles ahead of pizza hut, however out of all the pizza huts this is by far the worst. Do not order from here. Read all the other reviews over the year it seems as though everyone has had the same experience and nothing has been done. The owner and manager should not own or manage any business. I struggle to see how they can put food on the table for there families. Awful.

Yayyyy, NewPort once again has Pizza Hut back on the strip. The experience I had when I visited them this time was heavenly. The service was better than most of the restaurants I’ve ever dined-in. The new manager has definitely provided them with a whole new front and the staff is the key to their amazing services ! Loved it. Will be coming back soon, for more.
