Sushi World

My daughter requested Sushi for her birthday, I rang to see if they could supply a large combination platter which they were able to in under an hour! The Sushi was fresh and delicious and the price was good for the amount of Sushi. The staff were friendly in store, I wish I'd taken a picture to post!

Went there at 7:35pm they were running specials like all other places just before closing. Wanted to go upstairs for some work so asked the person at the counter what time do they close. He said 8pm. So we came back at 7:45pm as asked for a couple of sushi boxes. But this time he charged us full price. So I asked him, just before closing and just 10mins back there was a special. He just yes there was but now it's not.. I found it very weird. Didn't buy, and I'm glad after reading all the below reviews. I seriously think they sell old sushi for Happy Hour as when we came back after 10mins some of the boxes had disappeared. Definitely they weren't selling as much.

Really bad customer service. I don’t know what is wrong with the staff today. I ordered udon noodle and when the noodle is ready nobody told me. They just put it near the counter in a hidden area. I waited for more than 30 minutes and eventually asked the staff where my noodle is. Then the staff told me put my noodle was ready long time ago and was put in hidden area near the counter. When I have my noodles for lunch it is already cold. I was sitting right in front of the staff and nobody comes to me ask least to tell me my noodle is ready. It’s really a waste of time.
