Hero Sushi

This middle age asian lady was surprisingly RUDE and MEAN. I ordered 3 bowls of rice. She looked at me unhappily and said " I have to make it ok? And the rice is not cold but warm ok?" She didn't have to cook anything really. It's all precooked. She only needed to cut the fried chicken/prawn and place them in the bowl that's it. But she's too lazy to do that.I was the only customer by the way. So they were not busy at the time. I said " If you don't wanna make it then please take it off the menu. Don't advertise it there and get annoyed when people ordering it." She then laughed at me and literally threw food in my rice bowls. I said " please be nice making it as it's other people's food" She looked at me again and said " I'm not your staff" and gave me the worst attitude ever. Rudest staff I've ever seen in my life. Terrible terrible customer service. I didn't beg for the food. Please be nice.

Giving this one a 3 out of 5 because well... First of all, I don't really like sushi and secondly the staff were hella nice to me. I just feel like they deserve this good review but yeah, I don't really like sushi when I first tried it that day and bought it from this store. The smiles you get from the staff is what makes you a satisfied customer, not the food.

The worker could not handle the food well, and was being very agressive. When I went to pay I found that the rice was everywhere and I was not happy so I asked the worker why is the rice everywhere like that and she said that i'm not special and that everybody recives theirs like that. prI'm not happy with their customer service. Pomptly asked her to keep her sushi and found food else where.
