Tacoma Uni Teriyaki

My co workers have been telling me about this place for awhile now. I finally decided to try and was disappointed. I ordered the chicken teriyaki for my husband and the Mongolian chicken for myself. I'd called in my order, they said it would be 15 mins. I get there and still had to wait 45 mins which I understand it gets busy. The chicken was overcooked and very tough! I gave 2 stars because my husband said his was good. Upon leaving I did see the health inspector. I'm not sure if that was the reason or what but I was definitely disappointed.

I've been to this place so many times spent so much money. Everytime I get sweet and sour chicken it's small hard peices tastes like cartilage barley any chicken over cooked and hard. Called today after only complaining 1 time and they were extremely rude. Only offering a refund and no food. After this and then my dad getting grill brush bristles in my dad's food I will never spend my money there ever. Please be weary of this place if something goes wrong they will blame you. Obviously they need to get it together and figure out why their chicken is over cooked.

This place use to be on point. Very expensive and they use to have a punch card THAT made you be all right with paying a high price. Because after you paid 4x $7.99 you could get a entree for free. But now they raise prices charge a bag fee with out asking if you want a bag. I really dislike the slickness not the .10 but you figure thats a lot of dimes from people that don't even know they were charged 🤔 😕 😒 the fee.
