It is clearly posted that the cupcakes are each... who sells 6 cupcakes for 2.75 you wouldn't be able to stay in business.. as for the hours of the is a family emergency or issues with the business you cannot open.. people live something to complain about when it isn't the way they want it.. ignore them this is an amazing place with great coffee pastries sandwiches. The owner Sam is the niest person you ever met. Ignore people on here that are self entitled and come on in and enjoy its well worth the visit.

Everytime we come in she always remembers us and asks us about updates since she knows we just moved to the area - even though we only come in every couple of weeks. The atmosphere is always so warm, cozy, and friendly and the food is fantastic every time. The drinks are great and made in great time. Love this place!

Go there. The cafe corners the intersection of S. 19th/Bridgeport Way and offers Vietnamese Coffee, Bubble Tea, and whatever handmade pastries are being offered from the oven. This is a "Low-Impact" business, where the selection is small and fresh to reduce waste. There are comfortable places to sit, organic tea blends from Washington, free water for the thirsty, novelty mugs and cups, Vietnamese sandwiches, and a few shelves for the cupcakes. We were very pleased and plan to return. One of the cleanest places to eat you'll ever be in.

My husband and I stopped in on our morning walk. We had never been in before and wanted to see what they offered. I love cupcakes so I headed for the cupcake case. On the outside of the case it read “cupcakes $2.75 ea. But inside was a 6 pack of cupcakes. And I was confused because the cupcakes in the 6 pack were different sizes. Some looked mini, some a little larger. So I asked, “is it each cupcake or the 6 pack.” The Woman was rather rude when, acting like she was too busy to answer me but said, “each cupcake.” There was a man she knew standing in the corner reading the news paper. Then my husband asked about sandwiches. As we were getting ready to leave I saw something in the case by the door and stopped to looked. All of a sudden in a loud voice the woman behind the counter, I assume the owner says to the man, “I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT, “is it each cupcake or the 6 pack.” Maybe I need to...” As she continued to mock me and complain about us we walked from around the glass case and said, “we haven’t left.” First the guy with the newspaper saw us and was shocked! 😮 Then she turned around and saw us and was even more shocked. 😲 We left. This is how she treats customers? We won’t be going back and we won’t be recommending this business to any of our friends!

I have visited the Lotus Cafe several times, but not once has it been open. I checked the hours and I pass this place every week . The coffee signs are always on, but i i have never seen the open sign on. Twice i have tried to go in during the hours when it was supposed to be open, but the place was dark and the doors locked.
