Hav-a-java Sandwich Shop

Really not happy, we ordered coffee, didn't get asked "hot or cold," 3:45AM usually hot coffee is ordered, we received cold coffees, the shots were "hot" at the bottom, the Sasquatch Claws are stale/old along with the Lemon bars..None of this stuff has dates. Pretty much done shopping here. Time to try another 15363838 coffee shops we have around.

This location, on my last 3 visits, completely messed up the order. I just wanted a soy marionberry and vanilla iced latte. This time they put chocolate syrup in it(it was’t even mixed in properly as it was pooled on the bottom of the cup) which makes me ill. I can not have chocolate. I called and was told I can come back and wait in line for a remade drink for free. While that offer is nice, people can’t always come back and wait. Also I clearly stated twice what I wanted. I always get the same beverage at Big Foot and do not want it confused with their other marionberry drink that includes chocolate because it makes me sick. I never have this problem at the other location I go to in South Hill. I took a big sip and already feel like I’m going to vomit.
