Unfortunately you can’t really blame the employees at just how aweful this particular location truly is. It’s clear lack of training on the management side of this. There’s no reason it should take 20 minutes to make two sandwiches when we were the only people in there. Not to mention. The poor gal who was clearly very new was left to her own devices while the other one thought it was more important to scoop cookies rather then help her new co worker I’ve given this location several chances. But I think I’ll just drive the drive extra 10 minutes to pearl from now on…

I came in to grab a couple sandwiches after work, and let me tell you: I can’t express how well of a job Kittilynn has done! She made sure my sandwiches were PERFECT and delivered nothing but. Thank you!!

Service made up for what food was not.
Out of alot. Staff was great, helpful and tended to all in line as it was very busy.
Took sandwiches and had a tailgate at Cheney before Rainiers game.

I really enjoyed my visit to this subway the employees were very nice and make conversation as they make your food and the employees keep it nice and clean and the food was amazing 10/10 I recommend the turkey sandwich and the outlaw sandwich the employees did a very nice job and were fast

Terrible knowledge had no idea about the stuff they had. Terrible bread was soggy and extremely small for a foot long. Lady seemed new and didn’t know what to do

Chronically understaffed...but they do make a great sandwich. Just be prepared to wait a little.

The level of incompetence and disconcern is astounding. I understand many places are busy and understaffed. But this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

We arrived around 11. First we had to wait for a worker to come back from break to come "help" us. There is a sign that says "restrooms for customer service only" and needed a code to enter. I asked the employee "may I please have the code to the restroom so I can use it while he starts our sandwiches." He rudely told me they're not for customers. Needless to say we left and will eat elsewhere.
